The most recent projects that The Friends have contributed to are removal of peeling paint in the nave and chancel as part of the ongoing redecoration project and the setting straight of three of the gravestones that were dangerously listing. The Friends continue to contribute to the cost of employing a Verger who has enabled St Anne’s to keep its doors open to everyone throughout the week, as well as keeping the church looking its best and carrying out a programme of minor repairs.
