Notice and Agenda Notice is hereby given that
the Annual General Meeting of The Friends of St Are’s Church, Kew,
will be held on Saturday 17 June 2023 at 10:30 a.m. in St Anne’s Church Hall.
At the AGM the Executive Committee will report on activities and events which took placein 2022-2023 and present the annual accounts.
The AGM will also elect the Committee and officers of the charity for the next twelve months. An agenda follows.

Minutes of the AGM held on 2 July 2022 (attached) and any matters arising therefrom.
- Election of officers and the Executive Committee
- We currently have no candidate for Chairman but are actively seeking one. Until one is appointed the committee will select an acting Chairman from among its
members each time a candidate is needed. - Simon Mollett (Treasurer) and Benjamin Jones (Secretary) have agreed to stand
for election; - Wendy Booth, Lynn Tandler and Belinda Pethick have agreed to stand for
election in the category “elected representatives”. - Nominations for any of the above positions are invited and should be in the hands of the Secretary by 3 June. Nominations require a proposer and the agreement of the nominee to serve.
- A nomination form is attached. If there are more nominations than vacancies (elected representatives are limited to 6), then a ballot will be held.
